BGW
Charlotte, NC
When BGW expanded its presence into Charlotte's thriving Freemore West district, the firm sought to create more than a workplace—it envisioned a destination that reflects its culture, supports collaboration, and enhances the client experience.
Located within the historic Savona Mill, the new office embraces the character of the former textile mill while introducing a modern environment tailored to the needs of a growing CPA firm. Original architectural features, including exposed brick, hardwood flooring, expansive windows, and painted timber structure, provide an authentic backdrop for a thoughtfully curated furniture solution that balances comfort, flexibility, and performance.
A mix of collaborative, training, social, and focused work settings supports the diverse ways BGW's teams connect and work throughout the day. Residential-inspired lounge furnishings, adaptable training spaces, café seating, and contemporary workstations create a hospitality-driven experience that complements the building's industrial character while reinforcing BGW's brand identity.
