Set in Houston’s historic M-K-T District, Amwins’ new office reimagines a former industrial warehouse as an inviting, connected workplace. The design celebrates the building’s exposed concrete, steel structure, and soaring ceilings. Natural materials bring warmth to the raw architectural framework, fostering connection and everyday comfort.

The design concept—Raw Framework, Refined Function—celebrates craftsmanship at every scale. Carefully selected furnishings showcase woodworking, mixed materials, and thoughtful construction, balancing modern forms with classic influences. Solid textiles layered in varied textures create a composed backdrop for bold patterns and expressive artwork, including a vibrant mural that reflects both the spirit of Houston and the Amwins brand story. The result is a highly functional, richly layered environment that feels polished yet authentic to its industrial roots.
