Lincoln Property Company’s office at The Republic Tower delivers a modern workplace environment designed to support executive operations, collaboration, and client engagement within one of downtown Austin’s premier office developments.
Alfred Williams & Company worked with Lincoln Property Company, their architect and contractor, to provide Furniture, Walls & Custom Casework for the executive and private offices, conference rooms, breakroom, and a 16-person boardroom. The space was designed with a high level of architectural detailing and premium interior finishes throughout, creating a stunning, elegant workplace experience.
Key interior construction features include DIRTT Glass office fronts with Wood Veneer-wrapped frames & Custom Hardware. The DIRTT Solid Walls dividing the Private Offices integrated Power, Data & Lighting Controls with Clerestory windows to allow light to filter through the space. Because acoustic performance was a priority, the walls were constructed with double insulation, additional perimeter enhancements and 12 mm tempered glazing.
The highly customized DIRTT Casework accommodates panel-ready appliances, decorative hardware, plumbing fixtures and recessed power outlets. Amenity areas were designed with premium granite countertops, backsplashes and floating shelving with concealed support. The Boardroom includes wood-veneer built-ins and upholstered bench seating.
The completed office provides Lincoln Property Company with a sophisticated, high-performance workspace tailored to support daily operations within The Republic development.
