SouthState Bank
Charlotte, NC
SouthState Bank’s new regional headquarters at 110 East brings a warm, refined workplace to Charlotte’s South End. The 40,000-square-foot office was designed with future growth and collaboration in mind, offering employees and clients a variety of settings to support different work styles and conversations.
Dedicated workstations and private offices allow for concentration and individual tasks, while meeting rooms and open lounge settings create opportunities to meet and connect. The shared environments balance comfort and flexibility—giving employees the choice to shift between collaborative and more informal ways of working. Across these settings, elevated materials, warm wood tones, and thoughtfully selected furnishings complement SouthState’s brand and create a cohesive user experience.
