Metro Connects Greenville 2026 01

MetroConnects partnered with Alfred Williams & Company to help bring its new 23-acre campus headquarters in Mauldin, South Carolina, to life. Designed by DP3 Architects, the new campus unites previously separated administrative, operations, and maintenance teams in one centralized location, creating new opportunities for connection, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Within the administrative workplace, a thoughtful mix of open and private workspaces, flexible huddle areas, and gathering spaces supports a variety of workstyles while encouraging communication across departments. Expansive windows bring natural daylight into the workplace, while employee-focused amenities and collaborative settings contribute to an environment centered on well-being and the team member experience.

Through thoughtful furniture solutions and close coordination with the project team, Alfred Williams & Company helped create a cohesive, functional workplace that supports MetroConnects’ people today while providing the flexibility needed for continued growth.

As a special purpose district serving Greenville County, MetroConnects provides essential wastewater collection services and maintains the infrastructure that supports the health, growth, and vitality of the communities it serves. The new headquarters gives the organization a workplace built to support both its people and its important role in the region’s infrastructure.
