A Message to our Clients, Partners and Community

Alfred Williams & Company (AWC) leadership and employees are actively adapting to the changing environment related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), by taking the steps necessary to protect the health and well-being of our employees, clients and community, while minimizing any disruption of the services we provide to our customers.

In compliance with actions recommended by the CDC and those required by Federal, State and Local Government Agencies we are taking the following actions:

Engaging with you and each other…
Effective March 17, 2020 we have asked each of our employees who can work from home to do so. Please know that we will remain fully available to respond to your needs and concerns for the duration of this public health crisis. Online calls or meetings are an excellent option for communication and are encouraged, where possible. Each member of our team has the tools, technology and resources to collaborate with you, share design solutions and adjust plans as necessary to continue to provide outstanding customer service for your day-to-day and project requirements.

Visiting our facilities…
We are practicing social distancing so we are discouraging face to face meetings currently, but our teams are accessible to meet your needs and provide support. Progressing on your project…
Successfully completing current and pending project work is a top priority for our team. Our employees and the manufacturers we represent are ready to support your project needs. We are committed to working through the challenges ahead. If any changes to the schedule of your project are required, our teams will communicate immediately so alternate solutions can be developed.

Servicing your facilities…
Our installation and field service teams are ready and available to meet project installation and service needs. We have provided these crews with additional cleaning and sanitation supplies to allow them to work safely while on site. We are prepared to comply with all health screening requirements that may be in place at your location. We are also willing to explore flexible scheduling and facility access solutions where required in order to continue to service your needs. As such, both your project team and AWC leadership are available to discuss creative solutions should the need arise.

Putting health and safety first...
We will continue to carefully monitor the CDC’s recommendations and requirements to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. We are communicating with all team members regarding the best hygiene practices and the typical symptoms of COVID-19. Employees have been asked to stay at home and seek appropriate testing and medical attention, if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with this illness.
