THE GOAL: Working in partnership with Chiesi, Gensler Raleigh, and SOLUTIONS pdm, Alfred Williams & Company delivered an inviting new headquarters space for Chiesi USA in Cary, North Carolina. The new home office enables employee collaboration, promotes efficient workflow, achieves ergonomic objectives, and expands a variety of client engagement spaces while reflecting Chiesi’s culture and brand.
SCOPE: 162 Workstations, 67 Private Offices, 30+ Meeting areas/Conference Rooms, Café Areas, Phone Room, 1360 linear feet of DIRTT butt-glazed office fronts with anodized aluminum frames, frameless glass pivot and sliding barn doors.
